The UV piezoelectric inkjet (PIJ) printers, including the SD50/100, are compatible with Ricoh and Seiko printheads, offering a maximum native resolution of 600 DPI and print speeds of up to 300 m/min (some models exceed 600 m/min). They support a 216mm wide format and multi-printer stitching, a print height range of 32.4-71.8mm, and an operating temperature range of 5-40°C.
They feature features like anti-deposit protection, one-touch cleaning, and a Japanese CKD valve to prevent ink leaks. They also offer non-stop ink refilling, a 13.3-inch touchscreen with multi-language support, USB/network file transfer, ERP/MES system connectivity, and 360° multi-directional printing.
They utilize ROHS-certified, environmentally friendly UV ink (with MSDS report included), are weather-resistant, and can print logos, barcodes, and other products. They are suitable for industries such as packaging, construction, logistics, and cosmetics, facilitating product traceability and supporting remote computer control.

Features
Anti-precipitation technology: Maintains print quality and simplifies maintenance. Prevents pigment inks (such as white ink) from settling, ensuring print quality is not affected by ink precipitation. No ink cleaning is required for short to medium-term downtime.
One-click cleaning function: Easily change ink and maintain the device. When changing different types of ink or the device is shut down for a long time, the one-click cleaning function can be used to clean the ink path.
Leakage solution: Fully automatic valve control technology. The fully automatic valve control uses Japanese CKD valve components to effectively solve the problem of ink leakage.
Accurate ink output control: Extend the service life of the print head. Equipped with one-click ink output control, it accurately manages the external positive pressure and extends the service life of the print head.
Intelligent ink management: Refill ink without stopping the machine. The intelligent ink volume management function allows ink to be replenished without stopping the machine, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Fault detection warning: Reduce the risk of production downtime. The unique fault detection warning system helps customers quickly troubleshoot faults and reduce the risk of production downtime.
