This continuous inkjet printer is designed for the cable and pipe industry, with a maximum printing speed of 576m/min, supports 1-5 lines of printing, and is suitable for high-speed production lines. Equipped with a 10.1-inch touch screen, the Linux system supports more than 40 languages, can be operated wirelessly, and one-button start and stop are convenient for control.
It adopts a 304 stainless steel body, IP55 protection, and adapts to 0-45℃, 30-70% humidity environment. 360° rotating nozzle, maximum printing distance 30mm, suitable for curved and concave surfaces of PVC, PE, metal and other materials. It can print model, production date, traceability code, etc., and high adhesion ink ensures long-lasting marking. It has functions such as automatic cleaning and real-time cost calculation, and provides free proofing.
